The YARDI Genesis program is used as the computer program for data handling. It will be able to provide information for all audits necessary to comply with Nevada Real Estate Laws, and maintain records in a clear and professional fashion. Clear and concise contracts are provided to all parties involved in any transaction as client or customer. Although we are a newer company (incorporated May, 2005) we have highly qualified, licensed or certified individuals who have been in the property management business for over a combined 30 years of experience handling management accounts. A certified or licensed manager will be in charge of your account, however, we are committed to ensuring the entire team is aware of your association to better handle any inquiries or emergencies.
